On 21st and 22nd of February Rannhaotell hosts E Ekblom!
Restaurant E.Ekblom is located right in the heart of the Turku by Rio Aura. It’s one of the top restaurants in Turku.
They like to call it living room and kitchen for all the citicens. E.Ekblom’s focus is to give their best to the guests in relaxed atmosphere. They use high quality ingredients to make modern bistro kind of food with always a little blink in the eyes. The most important thing for them is always the taste. For a full experience they select wine pairing with care. Menu is changing in every three weeks so we can called it seasonal.

Jarno Seppä, Executive Chef
Jarno is the executive chef of Voiveljet oy which is the group behind E.Ekblom and five different restaurants in Turku. Jarno has worked his skills in the top restaurants in Finland and Barcelona. He has approved his skills in the cook competitions with good prosperity both Finland and France.
Hannele Jokioinen, Head Chef
Hannele is a very talented Head Chef. She likes to always be 100% sure that everything is going well in the service. She likes to use a wide range of technics to keep the menu interesting. Hannele is always having something new in her mind to put on the menu.
Lea Lamppu, Chef
Lea is Hannele´s right hand. She´s always in a good mood and making people smile. Together they make a great combo.
Last year, Lea and Hannele had the best dessert in Turku Menu Competition, which they are actually serving Rannahotel.
